Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class.
• Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.
• HeartCode (blended learning) course keys will not be issued until payment is complete.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment.
• Students may reschedule one time within 14 days, based on availability.
• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require

• 24+ hour notice: Free or $25 admin fee

• Same-day (under 24 hrs): $50-$100

• No-call / No-show: Deposit forfeited OR50% of total service

Blended Learning (HeartCode) Policy

For HeartCode BLS and Heartsaver courses:

• The online portion must be completed prior to the scheduled skills session.
• Online course keys are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued or accessed.
• Failure to complete the online portion before the skills session will require rescheduling.

eCard Issuance Policy

In compliance with the American Heart Association

• Students must successfully complete all required skills testing and written assessments (if applicable).
• eCards will be issued only after full course completion.
• No partial credit will be given.

Mobile & Group Bookings

• Mobile sessions may require a minimum participant count or travel fee.
• Group contracts must be confirmed in writing prior to scheduling.
